1. Roomba iRobot i3+ from iRobot EVO
The i3+ EVO and its sibling, the i3 EVO are the same robots that differ only in that the i3+ has self-emptying features. This makes the i3+ a good option for those looking for a hands-off, fully automated cleaning experience but don't mind manually emptying their robot's dustbin when it is full.
Both robots do well picking up surface debris off carpets and hard floors, and they're excellent in getting around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software makes smart maps of your home that help the i3+ EVO to navigate and clean in a manner that maximizes efficiency. The i3+ does not feature obstacle avoidance features like the i7+ or any other top-rated robots that we test. It may be stuck on power cords and socks and have trouble moving between surfaces, such as hardwood and rug.
iRobot suggests that you clean up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums prior to using it. This includes getting rid of any toys or other items it might come across. It's also recommended to keep the bin and filter clean so they don't become clogged with dirt. If the i3+'s internal bin is empty or the battery is not fully charged, it returns to the docking station, and it automatically takes the dirt out of the docking station’s external dustbin. It then continues cleaning from where it began. The battery's lifespan is around an hour-and-a-half of continuous use. It takes about three hours to fully charge.
2. IRobot Roomba i7+
The iRobot Roomba i7+ is the top model in the iRobot flagship line and comes with all the latest features. It also works with the iRobot Home app to let you schedule cleaning tasks and direct your robot by voice or via the app.

In our tests the i7+ performed more agile and faster than our runner-up, the eufy RoboVac G30, and it took large pieces of pet hair from all surfaces kinds including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy, is its self-emptying dustbin that eliminates a major cause of maintenance and cuts down on recurring costs.
We were also awestruck by the i7+’s compatibility with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We utilized these services to instruct the robot on how to start or stop cleaning sessions as well as move around the room and even vacuum a specific area. The process of connecting the i7+ to these services was easy and straightforward using the iRobot Home app. After connecting to these services, we were able use the i7+'s voice commands, such as "Hey Alexa, vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home app also provides options for managing the i7+'s settings and monitoring its performance.
3. Dyson Cyclone V10
